Prototyping & Reverse Engineering

From a napkin sketch or a worn-out original to a documented, repeatable part. We measure, model, and prove fitment with in-house 3D printing before metal gets cut, and tell you honestly if a design won't hold up, and what will.

Obsolete & worn parts

When the OEM stopped making it, we measure the worn original, model it in CAD, and machine a replacement, often in a stronger material than the factory used. No drawing required; the part is the drawing.

Typical work: discontinued parts · legacy equipment · one missing piece.

Prototype to production

Prove it before you commit

In-house FDM and resin printing let us check fit and function in plastic before cutting metal. Iterate fast, lock the design, then move straight into a machined prototype or a small production run.

Printers: Anycubic Kobra S1 Max (FDM) · Photon Mono M7 (resin).
