Firearms Accessories & Tactical Hardware Development

JDA Machining provides precision machining and product-development support for firearms accessory and tactical equipment companies. We help serious developers take accessory hardware from concept to small-batch production: mounting systems, brackets, adapters, and duty-use components machined to tight tolerances and built to perform in the field.

Accessory hardware & mounting systems

Precision-machined accessory components, mounting systems and rail hardware, brackets, and adapters, plus duty-use components engineered to hold up under real conditions.

Typical work: mounts & adapters · accessory brackets · hardware components.

How we work

Prototype-to-production support

Send a model or a sample. We iterate on fit and function with in-house 3D printing and machined prototypes, then move into repeatable small-batch runs with inspection and documentation.

For: tactical equipment companies · accessory developers · suppliers · inventors.

Scope & approach

This is an engineering and manufacturing service for product developers and equipment companies, focused on accessory hardware, mounting components, and product refinement. We are not a gun shop, gunsmith, or weapons manufacturer. Project scope is defined with each client before work begins.

JDA Machining does not currently hold a Federal Firearms License (FFL). We take on non-regulated accessory and hardware development; any work that would require licensing is referred or declined. Regulatory questions are reviewed case by case.
