On the HAAS VF-2YT, with 15 × 15 × 25-inch travels, we machine brackets, plates, mounts, fixtures, and complex prismatic parts from solid stock, prototype to production.

CNC turning & shaft work
Two Miyano CNC lathes turn bushings, adapters, caps, pins, and shafts, held to spec on the first part and repeatable across the run. Equally at home on fine, small parts: washers, spacers, standoffs, small bushings, and tiny precision components.
Capacity: BNA-42S2 to 1.625" OD · BNC-34T to 1.250" OD · down to small-diameter detail parts.
